Dispatch is within 24 hours of receipt of order, for orders placed before noon on a Thursday unless they are to be posted via Royal Mail in which case the cut off is noon on Friday.  Orders placed after midday on a Thursday (by courier) or midday on Friday (by post) will be dispatched the following Monday. If for some reason we are out of stock on a specific item we will contact you to make alternative plans.

All deliveries are reliant on an independent courier company. By processing an online purchase, you agree to have someone available to sign for the goods between the hours you have selected on the delivery days. Failed delivery will result in the package being taken to the courier’s nearest depot where you should arrange to collect or have the item redelivered.

No refunds or credit notes will be given for clothing if the labels have been removed, or if the garment has been worn or washed.
